will my personalised map be geographically correct?

In order to fill the page and create a full visual image, the map will not be completely geographically correct. Instead of leaving blank spaces, the artist creates a full, neatly packed personalised world.

What materials are used?

Chantelle uses Muji 0.38 gel pens which are vegan and cruelty free. Muji customer services have confirmed:

“These products are not tested on animals. Also we do not use ingredients of animals.” 27.05.2020

Chantelle draws on Hahnemühle 150 gsm Dessin sketch paper. This is also vegan and cruelty free as confirmed by their marketing department:

“The papers and canvases do not contain raw materials from animal sources. So, the raw materials in our sketch paper Dessin are definitely vegan and cruelty free.” 07.12.2018

Chantelle works with Cotton Smiles to create personalised organic cotton and fairtrade tea towels. They print using vegan ink as their customer services have confirmed:

“The inks we use are water based and approved by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). No animal products are used to make them.” 12.07.2019

is it possible to order art without a Frame?

Currently all maps in the shop are available with or without a frame.

How is my artwork packed?

Each artwork is individually and securely packed with several protective layers and shipped in a cardboard package. Small prints and drawings are shipped flat, protected by strong cardboard covers.

what if i want my map in a bigger size?

Prints of your original map are offered in A3 size here. If you would like the original map to be larger than A4, contact Chantelle for a quote. After you have ordered you unfortunately won't be able to change the size.

What about copyright of an image?

With the purchase of an art piece, you become the owner of the physical art piece. The copyright remains with Chantelle Bell. You may not reproduce the image without written consent of Chantelle Bell.

Wird meine personalisierte Landkarte geografisch korrekt sein?

Um die Landkarte gleichmäßig zu füllen und ein volles, visuelles Bild zu schaffen, muss die Komposition gewählt werden. Aus diesem Grund wird die Landkarte nicht geografisch korrekt sein. Die Künstlerin wird eine ausgefüllte, dicht gepackte, personalisierte Welt für dich schaffen.

ist es möglich kunstwerke ohne Bilderrahmen zu bestellen?

Zurzeit sind alle Landkarten mit oder ohne Rahmen bestellbar.

Wie ist meine Bestellung verpackt?

Jedes Kunstwerk ist individuell und sicher durch mehreren Schutzschichten verpackt. Der Versand erfolgt in einem Karton. Kleine Drucke und Zeichnungen werden flach versandt und beidseitig mit Karton geschützt.

Man kann Drucke deiner originalen Landkarte in den Größen A3 hier bestellen. Bevor du bestellst schicke Chantelle eine Nachricht hier und sage ihr Bescheid welche Größe du gerne hättest. Sie wird dir ein Angebot machen. Nachdem du bestellst hast ist es leider nicht mehr möglich dir Größe zu ändern.

Wer hat das Urheberrecht?

Wenn du Kunst bestellst, gehört das physische Bild dir. Das Urheberrecht verbleibt bei der Künstlerin Chantelle Bell. Die Vervielfältigung, Bearbeitung, Verbreitung und jede Art der Verwertung bedürfen der schriftlichen Zustimmung der Künstlerin Chantelle Bell.
